Have Oat at home? Make this Healthy and Cheap Bread without oven! Extremely easy and quick
* Ingredients
100g (1 cup) Oats
2 Eggs
3g (1 tsp) Instant yeast
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
150g (0.62 cup) Milk
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
* Important tips
1. The oats need to be soaked with milk and eggs for 10 minutes, so that the oats can be softened.
2. You can use cups or round molds to press out round pieces of dough, the thickness of the dough is about 1cm.
3. Serve with your favorite vegetables, meat or cheeses, it's very tasty!
