情人节快要到了,一起来做红丝绒芝士布朗尼。这蛋糕做给你最亲爱的吃,在家也可以过温馨浪漫情人节。这食谱采用了纯可可粉和甜菜根粉制作出天然红丝绒色,以布朗尼蛋糕为底。搭配奶油芝士层次为芝士蛋糕体。顶部还加上了红丝绒旋涡制作出酒红色大理石效果。之后再用可爱的饼干模具切出心型蛋糕。整体看起来可爱,浪漫又高贵。切开来,有丝滑的芝士酸甜味,加上软心浓郁布朗尼,带有甜菜根和可可苦甜香,口感丰富,口味浓郁,好好吃~
收藏方式:收在密封容器放普通冰箱3-5天,冰库可存留更久,要吃前解冻。
Valentine's Day is almost here, let's make Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies. Make this cake for your dearest, and you can also have a warm romantic Valentine's Day at home. This recipe uses pure cocoa powder and beetroot powder to create a natural red velvet color with brownie cake base. Pair with cream cheese layer for the cheesecake body. Red velvet swirls are also added on top for wine red marble effect. The cake is then cut into heart-shaped using cute cookie cutter. The overall look is lovely, romantic and classy. When cut open, silky smooth tangy cheese flavor, plus fudgy rich brownie, with beetroot and cocoa bittersweet flavor, full of texture, rich flavors, delicious~
