KNEAD FOR 5-7 MIN.
TAKE SOME SWEET DOUGH
MAKE SHAPE
1 CUP SUGAR
2-3 CARDAMOM
4 CUP WATER
COOK UNTIL BOIL
PUT THE SWEETS
COOK FOR 10 MIN. IN HIGH HEAT
COOK FOR 10-15 MIN. IN MEDIUM HEAT
SOAK FOR 2 HOURS IN SUGAR SYRUP
