[RECIPE]
1. Clean Shrimp (I cut the tip of shrimp head)
2. Add Shrimp and flour into a bag( you can just use a bowl and cover it up with foil to shake)
3. Start deep frying little at a time
4. once the red things.... in the shrimp head start to ooze out, take it out of the oil
5. deep fry them on high heat one more time for extra crisp
6. in a seperate pan, start sitr frying scallions, and minced onions, jalapenos are optional
7. add salt, garlic powder, black pepper (i did 1:1:1)
8. I added capsaicin for extra spice
9. add lil bit of oil if u want
10. add fried shrimp and mix well

** I served it with eggs and kimchi!!
