How to make Perfect Fluffy Condensed Milk Cupcake! No crack! Easy and Delicious! Simple ingredients
*Ingredients
50g (6tbsp) Cake flour
45g (10tsp) Cooking oil
30g (1.5tbsp) Condensed milk
4pc Egg
35g (3tbsp) Sugar
5g (1/2tbsp) Cornstarch
Lemon juice

125°C (260°F) bake for 45 minutes, then 150°C (300°F) bake for 10 minutes
12 cup muffin pan

Important tips:
1. Need 4 eggs, 1 egg + 3 egg yolks put into the batter, 3 egg whites whipped into meringue
2. Whip the meringue into dry peaks, so that the cake will not collapse
3. Bake at low temperature for a longer time, so that the surface of the cake will not crack
4. Refrigerate the cupcakes for a few hours after frosting them with cream, so the taste will be better.
