Looking back at the time I spend alone during the Lockdown in Patong – Phuket, Thailand. It was such a tough time in so many ways – fear and uncertainty was everywhere to be felt and seen. I was so bored and isolated. I spent a lot of time reflecting about what I had experienced and learned over the years and thinking about what I was grateful for and what was important to me.

The lockdown in Patong also meant no gyms were open, so I did 200 pushups every second day. I went through a ton of old and unused photo material from the past year and put together a few videos. Looking at them now I think they are so sentimental and also a little corny. All with a sad but beautiful kind of music, but it matched my mood very well during the Lockdown in Patong – Phuket, Thailand.
