Roland doesn't cook on weekdays but I think I can easily whip this out myself as dinner on week nights. I can easily eat this without rice. Healthy isn't it? What do you think?

Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax

2 cloves of chopped garlic
120g of shitake mushrooms (use button mushrooms if you don't like th taste of shitake mushrooms because they can be quite overpowering)
130g of shimeiji mushrooms
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
4 eggs
1 cup (250ml) of water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of chicken stock powder
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
A few dashes of white peppeer
Some cornstarch solution
A bunch of spring onion
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
