As one guy climbed up the ladder, the other one walked away. Sister Mary Johnice noticed the ladder and looked up to see the guy on the roof. The 76-year-old nun yanked the ladder away from the building, leaving the bad guy stranded on the roof. He then jumps to the ground and flees.
