➤ Ingredients (servings : 2)
- 4 slices of white bread
- 2 slices of gouda cheese (or cheddar cheese)
- mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (soften)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tbsp parsley
- a pinch of salt (optional)
