CORIANDER SEEDS (BROKEN) – ½ TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES – 2 TABLESPOON
BAKING SODA – 2 PINCH
EDIBLE OIL – 1 TSP
TEMPERING FOR NASHTA (OPTIONAL)
EDIBLE OIL – 1 TABLESPOON
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS – 1 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS – 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLI – 2, CHOPPED
CURRY LEAF – 5 TO 7 LEAVES
ASAFOETIDA – ¼ TSP
SESAME SEEDS – 1 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES (CHOPPED)

KADHI
DAHI / CURD – ½ CUP
GRAMFLOUR – 2 TABLESPOON
TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER – ½ + ½ TSP
SALT – ½ TSP
DESI GHEE – 1 TSP
BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS – 1 TSP
FENUGREEK SEEDS – ¼ TSP
BLACK PEPPER – 5 TO 7 Nos.
CLOVE – 2 Nos.
CINNAMON – 1 INCH
CUMIN SEEDS – 1 TSP
DRIED RED CHILLI – 1 No.
GREEN CHILLI – 2, FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER – 1 INCH
BAY LEAF – 1 LEAF
CURRY LEAF – 8 TO 10 LEAVES
