Sam and Jacob accidentally fell into tiny home living when they traded his little sister a Toyota Camry for the box truck. The switch in rides landed them building out their traveling home in a 2007 Chevy Express. This rig has 585 watts of solar and 125 amp hour batteries.

The design is open with a small stand-up shower, compost toilet, a quaint kitchen, and a double bench couch that converts into a bed. A back deck, made initially to support a motorcycle, is currently used as a social area next to the mounted outdoor table. Jacob picks up seasonal work, and Sam subs for preschool classrooms wherever they are parked.
