Today, we do a 15 minute bowl! (Yes, I know - its been a while since we did one of these bowls) We will be working with regular button mushrooms to make a delicious oyster-sauce based curry. This meal is perfect for busy people or beginners in the kitchen. Try it out and let me know how you like it.
