1 BAG Sous Vide SPAGHETTI and MEATBALLS - Does it WORK?
Being true to the name of the channel, SOUS VIDE EVERYTHING I had to give spaghetti and meatballs a go. I am so happy I did! Making a one bag spaghetti and meatballs is super convenient for anyone. The idea of making a bunch and eating it when ever you want to eat is is awesome. However I would like your opinion on the way I made it and if anyone has some good advice on making it work even better than the way I made it, I would love to hear.
HOW TO COOK SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS SOUS VIDE?
I cooked it for 1hrs @ (175°F / 79.4°C)
* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
* For the MEATBALLS *
1/2lbs Ground Beef (80% Lean, 20% Fat)
1/3lbs Ground Pork
1/4 Chopped Bacon
1 Cup Muzzarela
1/4 Cup Parsley
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Hole Egg
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Garlic
* For the SAUCE *
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 (28-ounce) Can Crushed Tomatoes
2 Tablespoon Hot Sauce (frank's Red Hot)
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
1 Teaspoon Sugar, Optional
1 Box of Spaghetti
