Mini Airbrushed Macaron Tower- Rosie's Dessert Spot
In this tutorial I demonstrate how to airbrush mini macarons and arrange them on a polystyrene tower to create a delicate and gorgeous mini macaron tower.

My macaron tower stands at about 35cm and housed about 80 mini macarons. I doubled the recipe that is in the link and was left with over 40 spare macarons, so it might be work using one and a half of the recipe instead :) OR you can just make the lot anyway and freeze the cookies for up to a month, stored in an airtight zip lock bag.
For macarons that are 2.5cm in diameter, I baked mine at 120 Degrees Celsius for 16 minutes (rotate at the 8 minute mark to make sure the cookies colour evenly. Otherwise you may end up with cookies that are slightly browned on one side).
