Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is ushering in a new era for the brand and for mobility. In future, the Bulli range will be made up of three pillars: the Multivan and Transporter 6.1 model lines and the ID.BUZZ, being launched in 2022. The "T6.1" remains the specialist for commercial use and the basis of the California camper van icon. With the lifestyle ID.BUZZ MPV and the ID.BUZZ Cargo van, which is tailored to the urban environment, two all-electric models will conquer new segment. The new Multivan with up to seven seats, meanwhile, assumes more than ever the key role of the variable all-rounder.

At Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (VWCV) the first production vehicles of the new Multivan are coming off the line. It marks the first time that a Multivan with a plug-in hybrid engine has been made in Hannover. As well as the new drive system, the new Multivan provides greater comfort and safety, plus an innovative interior – and yet remains 100% a Multivan.
