How to make Chocolate chips cookies Valentine's day

I tried to coat them in various patterns.

Ingredients (for about 22-24 sheets, 5mm thick and 55mm in diameter)
Unsalted butter: 120g
Granulated sugar: 60g
Whole egg: 8g
Oatmeal: 60g
Coconut flour: 10g
Chocolate chips: 20g
A - Flour: 90g
A - Almond flour: 15g
A - Baking powder: 2g
A - Pure cocoa powder: 10g
1. Soften the butter and add the granulated sugar and whole eggs.
2. Mix the oatmeal into 1 with a mixer.
Mix the coconut flour and chocolate chips into the mixture.
4. Sift together A and mix into 3.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm.
Cut out with a 55mm diameter mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool for about 1 hour (do not touch freshly baked dough as it is soft and brittle).
Chocolate and salad oil coating
Chocolate: 50g
Salad oil: 5g (5-10g)
1. Melt the chocolate and let it reach about 50°C.
2. Mix the salad oil well.
Tempering the chocolate (flaking method)
For chocolate with a cocoa content of around 55
Divide the chocolate into 3:1.
Chop the lesser amount of chocolate into small pieces.
3. Melt the larger amount of chocolate to make the temperature of the chocolate itself 50-55℃.
Add the chopped chocolate to the melted chocolate and mix.
When the temperature of the whole chocolate reaches about 32℃, it is OK.
