Today, I'll show you how to make an incredibly delicious slow-braised spicy bulgogi. I tried this spicy bulgogi in a back alley of Myeondong and was thoroughly impressed. I had some time to chit-chat with the owner and ask what went into the mariande. There, they started by grilling bulgogi beef over an open flame... but we'll begin by pan-fry thin strips of bulgogi beef and then braising in a delicious spicy Korean marinade.
