📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
1. Cake dough
90g (6 tbsp) Unsalted butter
75g (6 tbsp) Sugar
2 Eggs
150g (1 cup) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder
2.5g (1/2 tsp) Baking soda
2 Apples
40g (1/4 cup) Raisins
2. Topping
65g (7 tbsp) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
38g (3 tbsp) Sugar
45g (3 tbsp) Unsalted butter

cake pan size 20cm/8‘’
175°C (350°F) bake for about 60 minutes

1. Unsalted butter and eggs should be at room temperature.
2. Use 2 small apples or 1 large apple.
