I made Choco Sandwich Cookies with mint butter cream.

I bought mint syrup 3 months ago and I’m finally using it.
I’m not a fan of mint flavors, but I wanted to make something different.
We all have one of those days, right?

I bought a whole liter of mint syrup, so you’ll find some more mint recipes in the future.

* Ingredients (25ea)
120g butter, unsalted. 150g powdered sugar. 2g salt. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
180g cake flour. 70g cocoa powder, unsweeted. 2g baking powder(*optional)

cream: 100g butter, unsalted. 100g powdered sugar
a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, 2Tbs mint syrub, food coloring(*optional)
