Ingredients:
pork tenderloin - 600 g (21.16 oz)
ham - 200 g (7 oz)
parmesan - 200 g (7 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 4 g (0.14 oz)
parsley - 20 g (0.7 oz)

for breaded:
bread crumbs - 70 g (2.47 oz)
parmesan - 20 g (0.7 oz)
parsley - 15 g (½ oz)
garlic - 1 clove

for garnish:
potatoes - 450 g (15.9 oz)
salt - 4 g (0.14 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
oil - 15 g (½ oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes
Tray size 24 X 28 cm (9.45 X 11 in)
