Ingredients (材料):
250g High protein flour /bread flour (高筋面粉/面包粉)
50g plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp (3g) instant yeast (即溶干酵母)
30g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (甜炼奶)
130ml pandan juice (班兰汁)
1 large egg (鸡蛋) ~ grade A
30g butter (牛油)
Filling 馅料:
170g coconut palm sugar (椰糖)
3 pandan leaves cut into smaller pieces (班兰叶,剪小片)
100ml water (水)
300g grated coconut (白椰丝)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
Glazing (蛋液) :
1 whole egg (1粒全蛋)
1 tbsp water (水)
