天津煎饼果子，山东大煎饼，菜煎饼都是闻名世界的小吃。今天我在河南看到到处都有卖炕馍的，碰巧也在夜市碰见，老板是2个60岁年纪的老夫妻，他们已经干了30年，最开始卖的时候才1元钱。
