Whole Wheat Bread / Toast 100% Whole Wheat Very soft & Fluffy 100%全麦面包 / 全麦吐司 ,简单易做,非常松软湿润不发干,凉了也不硬。
Lukewarm (36/37℃) milk 250 ml +- 温牛奶(36/37℃) 250毫升
Instant yeast 4 g 1 tsp 酵母4克
whole wheat flour 350 g 2 cup + 2 tbsp 全麦面粉350克
Dark brown sugar 20 g 2 tbsp 红糖20克
salt 3 g 1/2 tsp 盐3克
unsalted butter 20 g 2 tbsp 无盐黄油20克
pan size 14㎝×23㎝ 土司盒尺寸 14㎝×23㎝
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃/356℉ for 28 minutes
放进预热好的烤箱180℃/356℉ 烤28分钟
