开水230毫升
Boiling water 230 ml
酵母3克(1茶勺)
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
中筋面粉或高筋面粉/面包粉160克(1杯+2勺)
All-purpose flour or Bread flour 160 g (1 cups + 2 tbsp)
盐3克(1/2茶勺)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
炒菜油15毫升 (一勺)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
蜂蜜、焦糖、果酱等
Honey or caramel or jam etc.
