চাইনিজ রেস্টুরেন্ট স্টাইল ভেজিটেবল | Bangladeshi Chinese Restaurant Style Chicken Vegetable
Chinese Vegetable is one of the most popular dishes at every Chinese restaurant in Bangladesh. It is normally cooked with very fewer spices but tastes delicious. Although its a Chinese recipe but it has a south Asian vibe to it. The cooking process is very simple and doesn't take much time. Also, you can add any other type of vegetable to it to make the recipe even tastier. Hope you like this simple Chinese Vegetable recipe.
Ingredients:
For chicken
chicken breast piece: 1/2 cup
salt 1/4 Tsp
black paper powder: 1/4 tsp
dark soy sauce: 1/2 Tsp
garlic ginger paste: 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 Tsp
Oil: 2 tbsp
Broccoli 1 cup
cauliflower 1 cup
carrot 1/2 cup
Onion 1 medium size
Cmscicum 1/2 cup
Cabbage: 1/2 cup
chopped ginger 1tsp
chopped garlic 1tbsp
green chili 5/6 pieces
dark soy sauce: 1 Tsp
salt to taste
black paper powder 1/2 tsp
Chicken stock 1 cube
cornflour 1 tbsp
