Resep Donat Kentang Empuk dan Lembut. Donat menjadi salah satu camilan favorit banyak orang. Kali ini aku mau share resep donat kentang yang lembut dan empuk. Proses proofing di sini menjadi kunci agar adonan donat mengembang sempurna. Asalkan memperhatikan step by stepnya dengan baik, tentu tidak akan gagal.
RALAT

Resep Donat Kentang (10 pcs)
Bahan Donat Kentang Original:
250 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
100 gr kentang halus
35 gr gula pasir
100 ml air / susu
6 gr ragi
30 gr margarin cair (atau unsalted butter + garam)
1 butir kuning telur
¼ sdt baking powder
2 sdm susu bubuk
Bahan Donat Kentang Pandan:
260 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
100 gr kentang halus
35 gr gula pasir
100 ml air / susu
6 gr ragi
30 gr margarin cair (atau unsalted butter + garam)
1 butir kuning telur
¼ sdt baking powder
2 sdt pandan essence
Bahan lainnya:
200 gr gula halus
500 ml minyak goreng
Langkah:
1. Campur tepung terigu, ragi, gula, baking powder, dan susu bubuk (untuk adonan pandan skip susu bubuk) aduk rata
2. Tambahkan kentang yang sudah dihaluskan, aduk terus dengan sumpit hingga mirip gumpalan pasir
3. Campurkan kuning telur, air, dan margarin cair (tambah pandan essence untuk adonan pandan) aduk rata
4. Campurkan bahan cair dan bahan kering, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Simpan dalam wadah lalu tutupi dengan cling wrap diamkan 30 menit
5. Uleni adonan sebentar lalu diamkan 5-10 menit
6. Olesi talenan dan rolling pin dengan sedikit minyak. Pipihkan adonan, pastikan seluruh permukaan sama rata lalu cetak dengan cetakan donat
7. Diamkan donat selama 20 menit atau sampai mengembang
8. Panaskan minyak, gunakan api kecil lalu goreng hingga kuning keemasan. Untuk donat pandan harus dimasak perlahan dengan api kecil
9. Tiriskan minyak pada donat
10. Gulingkan donat yang sudah dingin ke gula halus. Donat Kentang siap disajikan

5 Minutes, Soft, Stays Fluffy! Potato Donut Recipe (Turn it into Kkwabaegi, Korean Twisted Donut)
Donuts are one of many people's favorite snacks. This time, I'm sharing a soft and airy potato donut recipe. The proofing process is the key here to make a perfectly-risen donut dough. As long as you pay attention to the steps, you won't fail in making this donut.
Potato Donut Recipe (10 pcs)
Original Potato Donut ingredients:
250 g medium-protein flour
100 g potatoes, mashed
35 g sugar
100 ml water / milk
6 g yeast
30 g melted margarine (or unsalted butter + salt)
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp powdered milk
Pandan Potato Donut ingredients:
260 g medium-protein flour
100 g potatoes, mashed
35 g sugar
100 ml water / milk
6 g yeast
30 g melted margarine (or unsalted butter + salt)
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Pandan essence
Other ingredients:
200 g icing sugar
500 ml cooking oil
Steps:
1. Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, baking powder, and powdered milk. (For the Pandan dough, skip the powdered milk) Mix well.
2. Add the mashed potatoes. Keep stirring with chopsticks until you get a sandy texture.
3. Combine the yolk, water, and melted margarine. (For the Pandan dough, add the Pandan essence). Mix well.
4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix well. Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Knead the dough for a bit and rest for 5-10 minutes.
6. Apply some oil to the board and rolling pin. Roll the dough. Make sure the surface is even and shape with the donut cutter.
7. Let the donuts rest for 20 minutes or until they have risen.
8. Heat the oil in low heat and fry the donuts until golden brown. For the Pandan donuts, fry them slowly with low heat.
9. Drain the oil.
10. Roll the cooled donuts in icing sugar. Potato Donuts are ready to serve.
