Coffee liquid: 30g warm water, 2 instant black coffee
Water 240g, Instant Dry Yeast 7g
30g brown sugar, 7g salt, coffee liquid, 50g honey
250g bread flour, 150g whole wheat flour, 6g cocoa powder
30 g butter
For decoration
Corn grits (corn grains) or whole wheat flour (for whole wheat flour, sprinkle immediately before baking)
Honey Butter: Butter 60g + Honey 30g
