MUSIC: "Parallel" By Ross Bugden

In this video I start off with several sets of 90 degree pushups. Afterwards we move onto archer chinups, a fundamental exercise for making progress towards the one arm chinup and one arm pullup. If this wasn't enough already, we dust off the cobwebs with some 80kg weighted dips. To finish the workout we work on some L-Rows & feet elevated rows.

Make sure you rest a minimum of 3-5 minutes for your strength skills such as 90 degree pushups to ensure full recovery. The last thing you want is for form to breakdown and start ingraining poor motor patterns when learning a skill.
