这是我运动前的热身拉伸运动,运动前全身拉筋伸展非常重要!一共13个动作,前9个动作每个动作只需要6秒到10秒,后4个动作20秒到30秒。
在你跟着我的别的运动视频做之前请先跟着这个做好热身拉筋哦!
你也可以在运动后做这个拉伸,只要把每个动作加长到20至30秒就好了~
