90ml corn oil（玉米油）
100ml milk （鲜奶）
90g (3/4 cup) plain flour（普通面粉）
2 tbsp corn starch （玉米粉）
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee powder （即溶咖啡粉）
1/2 tsp coffee essence （咖啡香精）

7 egg whites （蛋白)
1/8 tsp salt （盐）
1tsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
105g (1/2 cup ) caster sugar （细砂糖）
