材料:去骨雞腿2隻、薑泥1/2大匙、醬油4.5匙、味醂3匙、清酒1.5匙、花椰菜5朵、水200cc
1. 不用放油,雞皮面朝下乾煎
2. 調照燒醬:醬油4.5匙、味醂3匙、清酒1.5匙、薑泥半匙,拌勻
3. 將調好醬汁倒入鍋內,再加水200cc,蓋鍋蓋轉小火煨煮
4. #重點:洗菜不要用鹽水洗,農藥反而會吸收進去
5. 花椰菜洗淨,切成一朵一朵,放入鍋中的雞肉上(這樣才不容易被醬汁染色而影響翠綠的色澤),約3分鐘後即可先起鍋,擺盤
6. 鍋內繼續煮至醬汁收汁,雞肉上色完整後,取出對切擺盤,最後淋上照燒醬汁,完成
