Ingredients 材料 :
250g (8 ounces) butter (牛油)
110g (1/2 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 egg(鸡蛋)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (香草精)
320g (2 1/2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
60g (1/2 cup) corn starch(玉米粉/粟粉)
40g (1/3 cup) milk powder (奶粉)
1/2 tsp baking soda (苏打粉)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 minuets.
