6월한달 잠깐 나오는 살구로 브런치를 위한
살구청, 살구잼 만들었어요.
브런치 테이블에 곁들이면 너무 좋은
열무피클이랑 양파피클도 제철일때 꼭 만들어 드세요^^
더운 여름 맛있는 음식 드시고 건강하게 보내세요~
*생크림스콘
볼1: 중력분300g, 설탕30g, 베이킹파우더 2작은술, 소금 한꼬집
볼2: 생크림310g, 물엿40g
볼2에 볼1을 넣고 잘섞어서 팬에 아이스크림스쿱이나 주걱으로 나누어 담고
여분의 생크림을 발라 180도 오븐에 크기에 따라 15~20분 굽기
*Scone recipe
bowl 1: 300g flour, 30g sugar, 2teaspoons baking powder, pinch of salt
bowl 2: 310g heavy cream, 40g corn syrup
Pour bowl1 mixture in bowl2 and mix.
Scoop the batter on baking pan.
180c for 15~20mins
