In this vid the customer was getting remedial injection damp proof work carried out. As such I had to remove the skirtings / baseboards ready for injection damp proofing and re-fit them after re-plastering. A decorator was coming following my work so no need for full finish. This was a trickier job for a number of reasons - the skirting was covered in thick old glue that had to come off prior to re-fitting. Also after the injection damp proof work there were large voids and often nothing to re-attach the skirting to. The workshop was well ventilated while burning the old glue off - don't advise breathing those fumes in! Left caulked ready for undercoat / gloss. Was also kind and undercoated what I could but that wasn't part of the job and the caulk was too wet to do everything!
