簡單的電子鍋煮油飯 食譜所需的材料有:
白米 一杯
長糯米 一杯
圓糯米 一杯
乾香菇 一碗
蝦米 適量
羊肚菌 適量
珠貝 適量
肉絲先醃漬入味 300公克
蠔油 適量
醬油 適量
白胡椒粉 適量
調到你家喜歡的鹹度(可稍鹹因飯較淡)
混入米中的醬料:
醬油 一大匙
蠔油 一大匙
米酒 一大匙
麻油 兩大匙
作法:
