越南雞蛋咖啡就是蛋黃加上煉奶打起,再加入黑咖啡裏面,有着像是提拉米蘇的口感。聽說這樣的雞蛋咖啡始於1940年代,當時在越南牛奶是奢侈品,蛋就成為了一種便宜的替代品。味道很特別快去試試吧~

RECIPE
▼材料 Ingredients
蛋黃 Egg yolk 1隻
砂糖 Sugar 1/2 tbsp
煉奶 Condensed Milk 1/2 tbsp
即溶咖啡粉 Instant Coffee 1/2 tbsp
熱水 Hot water 30ML
▼步驟 Instructions
1. 準備可生食的雞蛋,將蛋白與蛋黃分離
2.蛋黃加入煉奶砂糖,用打蛋器打至挺起,倒入杯中
3.即溶咖啡用熱水沖開,倒入杯中
4.最後表面上加入防潮的可可粉,均勻攪拌後便可飲用。
