Singaporean Style Rice Platter

Ingredients for Noodles:
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (julienne) 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1½ tbsp.
Spaghetti (boiled) 350g
Green Onion (chopped) for garnishing

Ingredients for Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp.

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Oil 2 tbsp.
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp.
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp..
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Red Chili powder ½ tsp
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp.
K&N’s Fiery Finger 780 g (15-18)
Water (if req)

Assembling:
Boiled Rice
Prepared Noodles
Prepared K&N’s Fiery Fingers
Prepared Sauce
Green onion (chopped) as required

Directions for Noodles Preparation:
1. Now, in another pan, heat oil. Sauté garlic for a minute. Add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, and sauté for another 2 minutes over high flame.
2. Add soy sauce, hot sauce and mix well. now add spaghetti, salt, and black pepper. Toss well. Garnish with green onion. Take off the flame and keep it aside.
Directions for Sauce Preparation:
3. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, and vinegar in a bowl. Whisk well until well combined and keep aside.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
4. Fry K&N’s Fiery Fingers as per instructions on the pack.
5. In a pan heat oil, and add garlic and cook for a minute. Cook for a minute. Add ketchup and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add soy sauce, hot sauce, chili garlic sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Add vinegar, salt, black pepper, and red chili powder. Mix it well.
8. Add prepared K&N’s Fiery Fingers in the sauce and toss it to coat well.
9. Take off the flame and keep it aside.
Directions for Assembling:
10. Spread a layer of boiled rice on a platter. Drizzle prepared sauce over the rice, Top with noodles, and prepared K&N’s Fiery Fingers. Drizzle sauce, sprinkle with green onion, and serve.
11. Your Singaporean Rice is ready.
