15 minute easy to follow and effective workout. No excuses! No equipment needed! All you need is a sturdy chair for these toning exercises.
This is a full body workout that can be done anytime and anywhere. We work our shoulders, chest, core, triceps, quadriceps and glutes!
If you are not comfortable kneeling on the chair for push-ups, please stay in a seated position in the chair and lean forward bringing your chest towards your thighs.
