Ingredients:
cabbage - 800 g (28.2 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
TO BOIL 15 minutes
minced meat - 600 g (21.16 oz)
garlic - 3 cloves
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
onion - 1 piece
semolina - 100 g (3.5 oz)
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
carrot - 2 pieces
Tray size 11 x 18 cm (4.33 x 7 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
