pork belly - 2 kg (4.4 lb)
salt -16 g (0.48 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
spicy paprika - 2 g (0.07 oz)
sweet paprika - 6 g (0.21 oz)
garlic powder - 10 g (0.35 oz)
fresh garlic - 30 g (1 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180°C (356 °F) / 2 H

Ingredients for the sauce:
apples - 2 pieces
soy sauce - 80 ml (⅓ cup)
sugar - 25 g (0.9 oz)
tomato paste - 70 g (2.47 oz)
lemon juice - 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
garlic powder - 6 g (0.21 oz)
sweet paprika - 6 g (0.21 oz)
cinnamon - 4 g (0.14 oz)
IN THE OVEN 220°C (425 °F)/15 MIN (after spreading with sauce)
