Resep Opor Ayam Susu (5 porsi)
Bahan marinasi:
1 ekor ayam broiler @800 gr
1 ½ sdt garam
1 buah jeruk nipis
Bahan bumbu halus:
7 siung bawang putih
10 siung bawang merah
4 butir kemiri sangrai
¾ sdt ketumbar sangrai
½ sdt jintan sangrai
2 cm jahe
30 ml air
Bahan lainnya:
2 batang serai, geprek
1 lembar daun jeruk
3 lembar daun salam
3 butir kapulaga
½ butir pala
5 cm lengkuas, iris, geprek
500 ml air
½ sdt garam
½ sdm gula
1 sdt kaldu bubuk
70 gr Anchor Unsalted Butter
50 ml Anchor Cooking Cream
300 ml Anchor Full Cream Milk
Langkah:
1. Keringkan ayam dengan tisu lalu potong ayam menjadi 10 bagian
2. Marinasi dengan perasan jeruk nipis dan garam, aduk rata diamkan selama 30 menit
3. Blender kemiri, bawang merah, bawang putih, jahe, jintan, ketumbar, dan sedikit air hingga halus
4. Untuk clarified butter, panaskan Anchor Unsalted Butter di api kecil hingga meleleh dan berbuih kemudian saring
5. Tumis bumbu halus, masak sebentar lalu tuang lelehan mentega
6. Masukkan merica, lengkuas, serai, daun salam, daun jeruk, kapulaga, dan pala yang telah dihancurkan, aduk rata lalu masukkan ayam, masak hingga kecokelatan
7. Masukkan air, garam, gula, dan kaldu bubuk, tutup wajan masak selama 10-15 menit
8. Masukkan Anchor Cooking Cream dan Anchor Full Cream Milk, masak sesaat

Milky Chicken Opor Recipe (yield 5 servings)
Marinade ingredients:
1 pc broiler chicken @800 g
1.5 tsp salt
1 pc lime
Blended Spices ingredients:
7 clove garlic
10 pc shallot
4 pc candlenut, toasted
¾ tsp coriander, toasted
½ tsp cumin, toasted
2 cm ginger
30 ml water
Others:
2 pc lemongrass, pounded
1 pc lime leaf
3 pc bay leaf
3 pc cardamom
½ pc nutmeg
5 cm galangal, sliced and pounded
500 ml water
½ tsp salt
½ tbsp sugar
1 tsp stock powder
70 g Anchor Unsalted Butter
50 ml Anchor Cooking Cream
300 ml Anchor Full Cream Milk
Steps:
1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Chop it into 10 pieces.
2. Marinate the chicken with lime juice and salt. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Blend the candlenuts, shallots, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, and a bit of water until smooth.
4. For the Clarified Butter, heat Anchor Unsalted Butter on low heat until it melts and becomes foamy. Then, strain.
5. Sauté the blended spices. Cook for a moment, then add the melted butter.
6. Add pepper, galangal, lemongrass, bay leaf, lime leaf, crushed cardamom, and nutmeg. Mix well, then add the chicken in. Cook until browned.
7. Add water, salt, sugar, and stock powder. Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes.
8. Add Anchor Cooking Cream and Anchor Full Cream Milk. Cook for a moment.
9. Chicken Opor is ready to serve.
