Ingredients for Chicken :
½ kg Chicken (Boneless striip cutting)
1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
salt to taste
1 cup Yogurt
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
½ tsp Cumin Powde

Ingredients for Rice :
1 cup Rice
1 Chicken Cube
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Oil
2 cups Water
Salt to Taste

Ingredients for Tahini Sauce :
½ Cup Tahini Paste
2 tbsp Garlic
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Cream
1 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste

Ingredients for Mayo Chilli Saue :
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
½ Cream

Vinaigrette Salad Dressing :
½ cup Cucumber (julienne)
½ cup Carrots (julienne)
½ cup Onion (julienne)
½ cup Capsicum (julienne)
1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Water

Directions For Shawarma Chicken :
In a pan add chicken, red chilli flakes, salt, yogurt, coriander powder, black pepper, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste & cumin powder & marinate for 15-20 mins. Then cook the chicken in a pan for 7-8 mins or until TENDER. Then Keep aside the chicken.
Directions For Tahini Sauce :
In a bowl add Tahini paste, garlic, mayonnaise, cream, black pepper & salt and mix it well.
Directions For Mayo Chilli Sauce :
In a bowl add mayo, cream, ketchup, chilli sauce & chilli flakes and mix well.
Directions For Rice :
In a pan add oil heat up and add garlic & saute for 1 minute, then add water, salt, chicken cube, turmeric powder and cook then add soaked rice and cook for 5-7 minutes then cover it with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Your Shawarma Rice is ready. Set Your Platter the way you want.
