1 Hour of Meditation a Day for 30 Days
Meditating is one of the single greatest habits I have ever tried to put into my lifestyle. It is also one of the hardest to maintain any consistency with. I hope that by sharing my experience trying and failing to maintain a strict meditation schedule and having to be honest about my ability acts as inspiration for you to start down your own path of self improvement.
