Pat is desperate to win a singing competition and beat last years winner, Stuart. Under the guidance of his vocal coach, Stan, he is put through some vigorous pre-competition train. Including eating a sandwich for extra strength which he swallows in one... GULP! But he's overcome by an uncontrollable hiccup which means he will not be able to enter the competition.
