Through her own experience as a student researcher, Robyn explores the dynamic between working professionals and students. In challenging stigma and stereotypes, Robyn hopes to change working approaches to be more inclusive of adolescents’ creativity, suggestions and perspectives.

Robyn, 22, is a Sociology graduate from Bishop Grosseteste University, and is now a Masters Student at the University of Lincoln, wanting to pursue a career in academia. Incredibly passionate about social change, gender and sexuality, Robyn is a friendly, smiley face who will always be up for a chat. As a highly ambitious woman, Robyn aims to accomplish a PhD in Sociology and work towards legislative changes in the British sex education but for now, she’s fulfilled in Lincoln city life. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
