Sous Vide Lamb Loin Chops Perfection!
The best lamb loin chops was achieved on this video. I can honestly say that it was perfect for all of our taste. The flavor was amazing, the texture and tenderness of this lamb loin chop was perfect for all 3 of us. We really loved it. I also made a little middle eastern taco, as ninja mention on this video. Not to mention that it was previously frozen for 2 days. It was frozen fully seasoned and ready to be sous vide. I hope you give this a try, I recommend it 100% and I am sure you will love it. How I cooked it with my Sous Vide Circulator
They were all cooked @ 137F/58.3C for 2hr. and 30min.
Finished searing it with searzall.
INGREDIENTS used for Sous Vide Lamb Loin Chops seasoning
* 10 Lamb Loin Chops got them in Costco
* Salt to taste
* Pepper to Taste
* Ground Saffron (I used about 1 teaspoon)
* Ground Sumac (I used about 1 teaspoon)
MARINATE made for Sous Vide Lamb Loin Chop Recipe!
* One stick of butter (Melted)
* Finely Chopped Parsley (About 1/4 cup)
* Red Peppers (I used one small red pepper)
* White Onions (About 1/4 cup)
* Garlic Paste (I used 1 teaspoon)
* 1/2 Lime
* 1/2 Tangerine
