I'm sharing with you all the tips and tricks for how to make whipped cream at home as well as how to whip cream by hand. Whipped cream is great to dollop on desserts or use in recipes like cheesecake or mousse. Perfectly whipped cream is easy to make but I can also share with you how to fix over whipped cream.
You might be thinking how to make whipped cream without hand blender or how to whip cream with hand mixer is to hard but I'm showing you how to whip cream by hand.

WHIPPED CREAM RECIPE
Ingredients
250ml | 1 Cup Cream
Instructions
Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl.
Use a whisk, hand mixer, or stand mixer to beat the cream.
After a few minutes the cream should have thickened, turn the setting to low.
Check the cream every twenty seconds, when it just starts to hold its shape it is whipped.
Notes
Use cream straight out of the fridge as it whips faster than when at room temperature.
For some sweetness and flavour add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar and a little vanilla essence.
If you would like to know how to whip cream for cake you can use this recipe. For whipped cream frosting add 1 cup of powdered sugar to the recipe.
