Baked bun is a very famous Chinese cuisine. traditional buns are fermented, the skin is thick. But this bun does not need to ferment, the skin is very thin. 🍞Ingredients

1. Dough
300g/2cups All-purpose flour
3g/1/2tsp Salt
20g/1.5tbsp Oil
1pc Egg yolk
120ml/0.5cup Lukewarm Water

2. Filling
2pcs/400g Chicken breast
0.5pc/150g Onion
1/2tbsp Cooking wine
1/2tbsp Soy sauce
1/2tbsp Oyster sauce
Black pepper
1tsp Cumin powder
1tsp Cornstarch
1pc Egg white
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Chili powder

* Preheat the Oven at 220°C (430°F) bake for 20-25 minutes
