One of our favorite origin producers is back with another deep and dark work; the Oricon EP. As we already know from the handful of his other releases here on Get Physical, FreakMe throws us a lot of groove and energy. The title track follows these same principles, giving a good dose of percussion before letting the synths bleed in. This is where FreakMe slowly raises the energy, and before you know it you’ve already started dancing. The tracks holds, and keeps, our attention perfectly with applause to a brilliant, dramatic and very smooth composition. ‘Through The Crowd’ follows. Already leaking a thick atmosphere form the beginning we get a sense of what we’re in for. ‘Through The Crowd’ really showcases the musical style FreakMe has become known for quite well. The track then becomes an epic mix of sci-fi house before returning to earth and setting the groove straight.
