Potatoes cheese donut recipe
Potatoes 400 gm
Potato starch/corn starch 3 table spoon
Flour 4 table spoons + 4 table spoons
Salt 1 Table spoon
Black pepper 1 tea spoon
Bug size onion 1
Mozzarella Cheese
Egg 2
Bread crumbs

Direction
Peel and cut potatoes
4 Table spoons water
Microwave in oven 8 minutes
After 8 minutes take out and drain water from potatoes.
Add salt and black pepper
Mash and mix it with 3 table spoon Potato starch.
Cut a big size onion into ring shape.
Cut mozzarella cheese in finger shape and put inside of each onion ring (watch video)
Take the potatoes dough and layer it on onion with cheese rings.
Make the shape like donut.
Drag the potatoes rings into flour  then dip into eggs and then paste bread crumbs.
Now you can fry in oil on medium heat.
